What You Might Need Support With

You might choose a 1:1 session if you are:

  • Experiencing pelvic floor symptoms such as incontinence or prolapse

  • Working to heal diastasis recti (abdominal separation)

Each session is tailored to you, using a combination of approaches depending on what will support you best. This may include:

  • Restore Your Core®

  • Hypopressives

  • Pilates Reformer work

Sessions are available:

  • From my home studio in Bardsey (near Wetherby, North Leeds)

What to Expect from Your One-to-One

Before the Session

Before we meet, you’ll be asked to send a few short videos or photos so I can begin to assess your posture, movement and breathing.

You’ll also complete a short intake form to share your symptoms, goals and any relevant background.

This means we can use our time together effectively and focus straight away on what will make the biggest difference for you.

During Your Session

In your session, we’ll explore how your body is currently moving and functioning.

I’ll guide you through what I’m seeing in your posture, movement and breath, and explain how these patterns may be contributing to how you’re feeling.

With this understanding, you’ll begin to develop a new awareness of your body and how to support it.

We’ll then work through targeted exercises to:

  • Restore balance within your body

  • Improve mobility where things feel restricted

  • Build stability and strength where it’s needed

  • Help you move with more ease and confidence

After Your Session

At the end of your session, you’ll receive a clear and supportive plan to continue your progress.

This includes:

A recap of what we worked on and why

Simple, effective exercises to practise at home

Written or video guidance so you feel confident continuing

The real progress happens in the time between sessions, so everything I give you is designed to be realistic, manageable and easy to integrate into your daily life.
