Specialist Support for Core and Pelvic Health and Recovery
I offer bespoke recovery programmes to support core, back and pelvic healing through education, exercise, breathing and manual work.
Whether you are struggling with a pain condition, have a post-natal injury such as a prolapse or diastasis-recti, or simply want to improve your overall core wellness, my whole-body/mind approach has offered relief and wellness to the hundreds of clients I have worked with over the past 15+ years.
Combining a range of methods, from Pilates, yoga, Restore Your Core® and hypopressives, I also offer myofascial release. This gentle, manual treatment works deeply into the body to release restrictions in the soft tissue, improve alignment and ease chronic pain. It is also highly effective for mobilising scar tissue to help the body move with more ease and balance.
I work with clients on a 1-1 basis, both in person and remotely via Zoom, so my clients are not limited by geographical location.
All 1-1s appointments are tailor-made to fit the client’s needs and draw from my broad range of experience as a movement specialist and manual therapist.
As a lead educator for Restore Your Core™ I am passionate about teaching laypeople and healthcare professionals about core rehabilitation, and how best to support recovery. I offer professional development courses, workshops and talks to educate movement teachers, medical professionals and body workers about cutting edge, whole-body focused practices in core and pelvic health.

Restore Your Core®
Restore Your Core® is whole-body exercise course aimed at anyone with core issues, such as diastasis-recti, pelvic organ prolapse or back pain. Packed full of educational content, each class includes yoga and Pilates-inspired exercises, breath work and weekly homework videos.

1:1 Appointments
One to one appointments are tailor-made and focus on exactly what your body needs in order to feel well. Whether you are struggling with a pelvic floor issue such as incontinence or prolapse; are working with a back injury; or you simply want to move with a deeper awareness and create more balance in your body, a 1:1 appointment is the ideal option.

Myofascial Release
Myofascial release is a gentle, hands-on technique that works deeply into the body to ease chronic pain, reduce restrictions and improve overall body alignment.
Myofascial release benefits both the most sensitive clients with chronic pain conditions and those with deep tissue restrictions from injury or overuse.

Hypopressives
Hypopressives is a system of postures with breathing proven to help with pelvic floor dysfunction such as prolapse, incontinence and post-natal injuries. The specific breathing method helps to rebalance pressure in the thoracic, abdominal and pelvic cavity so that the muscles can function optimally and reflexively to deal with everyday movement and activity.
